Not sure how post the sounds without Upload it. But if people are unknown of how these sounds sound like? I could upload them

However, the sources where once on this website. I download it 6 years ago and I wanted to find the files for them.

It's quite hard to locate files without the original name your downloaded off Freesound which contains the sound ID. You either changed the name of the sounds or you didn't download from here. File names will be in the following format: 234874_username_title

I tried Looking for it in my downloads but I could of sworn that Freesound was the origin of where these sounds came from, was there old formatted way of how sounds files look like?

Nope sorry. This has always been the format of the file names you download as far as can remember. (18.5 years using the site)
