there's a toy that's a plastic tube and has another plastic component inside it that slides down and makes this like EEEOOOWWWW EEWWWWOOOO sound, that's almost like an acoustic synth noise. I don't know if there's an official name for them though, so I don't know how to search for it other than 'plastic tube toy thing'
