I think he removed his files from audiojungle after all.
Sounds are also stolen from me every day. But there are also many people who enjoy using my sounds and deal with them with integrity.
I only act legally if it gets really crazy.
My advice: Focus on the good people/users and keep smiling a little. That's good for a person. For you too. I hope you stay on freesound.

I'll second what Klank said. Regardless of what permissions you give, you have to accept the inevitably that it will not always be honored. This may be in a small way, such as not being credited, to actually having your sounds falsely attributed to another and sold. If you can't live with that, if that would drive you crazy, then Freesound isn't the place for you.

It is your creative spirit, not their greed, that will last through the years. The thieves have nothing like that spirit and that's why they see these sounds as items to be bought and sold. The inspirations, the memories, and all the other important parts of life's story which may be reflected in these sounds, are lost on them. They're so poor that money is all they have. They chose this for themselves and they don't deserve our anger OR our sympathy. Just let them pass beneath your notice, because that's where thieves and parasites belong.
