Freesound is a fantastic website which has helped so much with a wide selection of sounds and effects for the Half-Life 2 Mod I've been designing for the last couple of years.
It's a free game with between 2-10 hours of gameplay.

Pseudomod game has a proper story, immersive gameplay, interactive characters and many suprises throughout.Adventure through sewers, creepy houses, forests, caves, mines, underground rivers, dockyard, deserts, boats, prisons, space robots.Drive and race hovercrafts and your desert buggy down the sewers and dangerous desert track.Pseudomod will give you multiple hours of quality singleplayer gameplay and enjoyment.
