If it is, then you're fine to use it without crediting the author because it has a CC0 license.

If it's not...
You have to be careful and look out for the license type of the sound you're using, because if the sound is CCBY or CCBY-NC then you have to follow certain terms. Crediting "Freesound.org" is not the correct approach in these cases.
