I think it'd be super helpful to be able to sort sounds by most popular when viewing a specific users page. Both for myself to see which of my posts get the most attention and adjust my uploads accordingly, but to be able to find different users best work when I've used one or two sounds of theirs before. Right now they're automatically sorted by most recent.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can say that this feature will be in the next big update to the site. Can't tell you when that will be though.

For now there is a workaround...

Go to the search, enter the username and then click search. When the results show up, click on 'Show advanced search options' then check the username option and change the sorting to downloads most first and finally uncheck 'group sounds by pack'. Then hit search again.

That will give you the results you're looking for.

Have to add quotes to the super-hyphenated name for the search to work...

https://freesound.org/search/?q=%22f-r-a-g-i-l-e%22&f=&s=num_downloads+desc&advanced=0&g=1

Or without quotes if username option is ticked ...
https://freesound.org/search/?q=f-r-a-g-i-l-e&f=duration%3A%5B0+TO+*%5D&s=num_downloads+desc&advanced=1&a_username=1&g=1
