I wanted to share with everyone something I found that is simply beyond amazing. If you use pianos in your work, I think you may find this useful. In my opinion it is quite simply the most accurate and efficient (37 mb give or take) plugin for piano that i have found. In fact, I daresay it even sounds better than a sampled piano when the parameters are set correctly.

It's called Pianoteq by a company called Modartt (im pretty sure thats spelled correctly..)

It doesn't use samples, so it isnt a huge file. it's got some pretty heavy hitters for it's userbase. From what i understand, it uses proprietary research in producing its sound, so it's unlikely you'll find any other vst, aax,au,dx or other format of plugin that sounds quite like it. you can even create your own piano with all aspects of mallet, lid, pedal and string parameters changeable.

let me know if you found this useful
