I log in, search a sample and the first few play, then none of the others do.

Hi guys. It would be very helpful if you could give some more info regarding this issue.

What platform? i.e. pc, mac, mobile/tablet

Which web browser?

I'm on PC using Google Chrome but I've also used DuckDuckGo and had the same issues.

Hi,
So at the current time I can't replicate it, and havent had it for a few days.

But I have had issues using Chrome on a windows computer with sounds playback. Some sounds would just freeze and not playback, typically most if not all of them.
It's not an issue with the sound themselves as they'd work and stop working.
I don't think refreshes fixes it, but coming back at them a dozen minutes later did.

It's not "frequent" but not exactly rare either.

I wish I could give more information but don't know what to say. Feel free to ask questions!
I will repost here if I encounter it again.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Can't play or download most sounds, when downloading will often also send me to a connection timed out page

Also unable to preview sounds using this browser.
I'm using Chrome 130 on Windows 11.

Debug Console has this error when I try to play a sound:


MediaElementAudioSource outputs zeroes due to CORS access restrictions for https://cdn.freesound.org/previews/725/725063_5820974-lq.mp3

As a workaround, I can switch to using the Edge Browser, and it works there.
