Im experiencing some troubles with the downloads sometimes, in some days the speed initialy goes in an usual velocity when it begins, then starts to slow down until it reaches +- 10-20kb/s, and my internet download normally at 30MB/s.
I've tried using different navigator, different computer and it keeps happening, i see that this issue had happened back then, so i think this problems happens after sometime maybe.
I live in Brazil just for the record, maybe its something related to routes and stuff.
I haven't encountered any slowdown in download speed so yeah, it could be your location. Hope the speed increases for you!
