Synthesised ear ringing made in Audacity.
A few noise and sine waves with tremolos applied. I tried some Sawtooth (inverse in Audacity) to give it a pumping action time to time.
Panned a few elements ever so slightly, max 40% for noises, to separate a pink and brown noise.
If you listen music for too loud too for too long, this will be your forever music :)
