Just curious - what is the meaning of "OWI", which is a fairly common tag here on Freesound? A quick googling didn't yield any obvious meaning for it

I had a search for it but didn't find a solid conclusion.
But I highly think it must be a school. Uploads come from multiple users in chunks at the same time.
But if anyone has a solid awnser or is from OWI id love to hear about it.

Well, OWI can mean Operating While Intoxicated, Office of War Information, Occupational Work Injury, or Other Worlds Interactive.
