There appears to be a bug going on in the past few days. Some sounds that got approved somehow end up not published. At the same time they enter some unexpected state which appears to make it impossible for volunteer moderators like me to find them.

I'm not sure they will appear in any of the tabs of the "Manage sounds" section at https://freesound.org/home/sounds/manage/published/ for you either. You might only be able to reach them via the link in the email you receive from Freesound.

If you are affected, you can write a message on the ticket page of the sound and the moderator should be notified.

The bug was reported but might take a while to fix.

I can’t look in detail right now, but it looks like recently uploaded sounds do appear in the search page right? Did you observe some of these sounds appearing and dissapearing? If that is the case I might have an idea about what is going on. Can you share a link of a sound for which you’re having issues?

My last sound was accepted, appeared in the collection, and after a while, it returned to moderation. I wrote question in the moderation ticket but now I see that it's not just my sound.
All that's left to do is wait patiently for the repair.
